Contact Ugress - no reply?
Have you emailed us and do not get a response?
If your email is a question or order or anything that is natural to expect a reply from, we will reply.
Usually within the same or a few days, so if you have not received a response within a week's time,
somethings up.
One of several things may have happened:
1 - Our spam filter caught your initial email, we never saw it.
We get shitloads of spam. So the filter is set high.
Suggestions:
- Please, for the love of god, use a SUBJECT that identifies your intentions, NOT "hi!" or "whats up", or even worse, a blank subject.
Descriptive subject will make us pick the real ones from the spam folder.
- Make sure your email is properly formatted and typed, use normal language. Spell-check. No all caps.
- Don't send attachments we haven't asked for

We realize many many of these points are totally boring and no fun. You LOVE your funny cat-picture signature and animated gif-background.
But our spam filters does NOT love it.
2 - Your spam filter caught our response, you never saw it.
Suggestions:
- Our replies are usually in the original message's format.
- Check your email client's spam or junk folder.
- Add ugress@ugress.com and orders@ugress.com to your whitelist and/or address book.
3 - Your email account is broken / full / closed / dead so you never get our reply.
Suggestions:
- Usually you should be aware of this since it means you dont get ANY mail..
- Make sure your reply-to actually exists.
- Make sure your mailbox is not full.
- If the email fails and its important we try to find an alternative address to reach you.
- If the email fails and its not important, we won't bother resending it :)
4 - We are without net access for more than a week.
Suggestions:
We try very hard to avoid this, it scares the living daylight out of us
being in the wilderness for that long.
But usually we set up an autoreply (which, typically will be considered spam by your filters),
or make sure to inform about our suspenseful disappearance here.
If this is the case, you WILL get a reply when we get back to civilization.
Unless, of course, point 1 or 2 happens in addition to point 3...
