Petter, the orchestra will perform a complete concert where songs from each band will be incorporated dynamically in the set. We can't disclose what will be played yet, but be sure Trigger 22 is included and Therese Vadem will contribute with vocals.
This will of course be an exceptional experience - laptops vs. 95 classically trained musicians... |

| Sad news for those that still thought it would be here some day; we've decided to cancel the Loungemeister 12". The pressing plant just f__ked up every time we talked to them, loosing the master, not receiving the master, loosing it again.. Anyway, since there is a new 12" or EP being planned, the extra material will probably make it onto this one. Release date: Haha. |

| Finally some good news about the Resound vinyl. The pressing plant in Prague are supposedly pressing it this week, meaning we should have a test pressing by next week. If all goes well, the first pressings will arrive just in time for your Xmas shopping. |
| Resound has sold over 10 000 copies and is still being reprinted and reprinted. There has been so much work promoting and releasing Resound, that the online shop and contents has suffered a bit. The video will be made available, aswell as international orders for Resound, but it will take some time. |

| The unexpected release of the Loungemeister 12" is now even more unexpected. The pressing plant that originally should press it two months ago hasn't pressed it. Too much lounging we suspect. So it's been sent off to another plant. Typically it should be ready in a few weeks, and once received it will be available here.
Resound is en route and will be released 09/09.
| Norwegian short film "Forfall" premiers this Friday on cinemas in Bergen and Oslo, featuring some music by Ugress. For more info see producer

The album release date is set to 0909 (of course). The title of the album will be Resound. Stay tuned for release party announcements, track listing and sneak previews. The album was mastered last week in Oslo, and just now the finishing touches of the cover art are being done.

| by:larm is over and it was great fun. We had a great time playing, a super audience and lots of people dancing. Loungemeister was well received by the Urørt panel, and as soon as a radio-friendly version is finished, it should be playlisted by NRK P3. Coming up next is Hemsedal Saturday the 30th, then an intimate chillout concert introducing vocals on Cafe Opera April 3rd, and a live job in Trondheim with our pyromaniac friends Ralph Myerz and TJHB on April 20th. A music video is also in the works, screenshots to follow soon! |

| Wow what a weekend! First we convinced a few hundred glowstick-waving teenagers that samples and loops can be just as dancable as pulsing trance tracks. Then we had an unforgettable evening at Garage, thanks to everyone who showed up - especially Spetakkel... If you missed us, you should pop by Natt & Dags Bergenprisen Feb. 7th, where we just might play some furious beats after the awards... |
| Here is the plan: At 2100 Ugress plays at Planet Groove, Grieghallen. We play at stage "Level One" with Spetakkel and Boomfunk. Tickets here are 290 (but you get alot). Once finished, we close the lid on the the laptops and run the 200 meters to Garage, where we start playing around 2300. Tickets here are 50 NOK, doors open 22. We don't even have to restart Windows (we think). No matter where you see us that evening, we promise a fantastic show, new songs, hit songs, cinematic atmospheres, deadly grooves and your jaw on your knees.

| To everyone who asks about an album (thanks for your interest): Hopefully there will be out a full length album in 2002. "Hopefully" because the most difficult and time consuming task so far seems to be sample clearance, which takes time, investigation, and often costs money once we find the holder. But anyway, new songs and samples will be posted to www.ugress.com. |
